The other day a brown dog with a blue collar, out on a mission of marking all public lamplights, crossed my path while I was walking home. It looked very familiar and I was frustrated with myself for not being able to place a finger on where I had seen this critter before.
Then a few hours later, it came to me. The dog was a spitting image of Chuck [photo here], the Armstrong family pet and mascot at dooce.com.
Made me think how powerful blog association really is. Here's why: example 1, example 2, example 3.
It was over at dooce.com's Daily Links I came across this video: "A Golden Retriever dancing to You're the One That I Want". Adorable.

- Half of the day they call me "Athena" where I get paid to dabble with computers. The other half of the day I'm called "Mom", but I also have an online secret identity. I am bilingual, so what might look like Greek to you, probably is. I blog because it's cheaper than therapy and I like to make people laugh.
